Protestors Celebrate At State Penitentiary, Capitol For Julius Jones After Execution Halted

The mood quickly changed outside of the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester as crowds had already begun to gather to protest the execution of Julius Jones. News on 6's Grant Stephens was there when the news came down that the Governor had granted Jones clemency.
