Registration Deadline Approaching For State Department Of Education's Free Math Tutoring Program

Families have until Wednesday to register their eighth-grade students for free math tutoring through the State Department of Education.

The state announced the program in November.

$5 million in federal relief funding will pay for up to 500 teachers and college students to help students struggling in math.

Spaces are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Sessions are set to begin in January.
