After a few days off, the OU football team gathered back in Norman on Friday, practiced, then traveled to San Antonio ahead of next Wednesday's Alamo Bowl.
The Sooners are still 4.5 point favorites over Oregon, a team that's dealing with a postseason coaching change.
Mario Cristobal is off to Miami to coach the Hurricanes, leaving Interim Head Coach Bryan McClendon tasked with coaching the bowl game.
The Ducks are down four started total due to opt-outs and transfers, but OU is also down four starters on defense.
When asked about scouting the Sooners, McClendon said "As coach used to say, burn your eyes up on film and try to see every nook and cranny of who could potentially be stepping in at certain spots. Who's giving them depth at certain sports of guys who have vacated and just plan accordingly from that point on."
