Chilly Temperatures Expected, But Relief Is On The Way

The second day of the new year brought us our second day of wind chill temperatures at or around zero.

Despite sunny skies, it’s going to be a struggle to warm up across Green Country. Most of us will have high temperatures ranging from the upper 20s to lower 30s Sunday afternoon.

This current blast of cold air is expected to move out of the state on Monday. Warmer winds will be blowing in from the south. This will provide a path for more modest high temperatures in the 40s with plenty of sunshine.
