Delaware Co. Man Makes Court Appearance On Theft Charges

A Delaware County man appeared before a judge Friday morning on theft charges.

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office said it found a stolen trailer on Gerald Starr's property back in December.

Investigators then found more stolen property in two mini-storage units that were rented out in Starr's name.

They said the stolen items are worth about $70,000.
