Tulsa Woman In Critical Condition After Early-Morning Crash

A Tulsa woman is in critical condition after a crash Monday morning on the northwest corner of the downtown loop. State troopers said it appears Anissa Hernandez was driving under the influence when she crashed on westbound 244 near the Tisdale Parkway around 1:45 a.m.

A Tulsa woman is in critical condition after a crash Monday morning on the northwest corner of the downtown loop.

State troopers said it appears Anissa Hernandez was driving under the influence when she crashed on westbound 244 near the Tisdale Parkway around 1:45 a.m.

Investigators said she was not wearing a seatbelt.
