Anti-Vaccine Mandate Rally Marches Through Washington DC

COVID-19 vaccine mandate opponents gathered for a march in Washington, DC Sunday afternoon for the “Defeat the Mandates: An American Homecoming” rally. Anti-vaccine activist Robert F Kennedy Jr, controversial doctor Robert Malone, and former 60 Minutes correspondent Lara Logan were among the featured speakers.

Rally participants included doctors, firefighters, teachers, first responders, and other groups. The crowd heard multiple speakers repeat disproved claims about vaccine side effects, efficacy and the risk of long-term damage, especially in children.

There have been more than 70.5 million confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the U.S., which has claimed the lives of more than 865,000 Americans to date.

Worldwide, there have been just under 350 million cases and 5.59 million deaths.
