Remembering Deadly Sand Springs Tornado 7 Years Later
Friday marks 7-years since an EF-2 tornado tore through Sand Springs and West Tulsa. The tornado was on the ground for 10-miles with wind speeds reaching 135MPH. One person died, 30 more were injured and dozens of homes were destroyed. Chief meteorologist Travis Meyer remembers the dangerous storm.
