Sapulpa Police Ask For Assistance In Finding Man Wanted For Child Abuse

A man is wanted for an outstanding felony warrant, Sapulpa police said. Taylor Reece Ryon is accused of abusing and neglecting his three-month-old child, said police. Ryon is believed to be in the Tulsa area, according to Sapulpa police.

The child was severely burned on 35-percent of his body, with injuries including a broken skull, a brain bleed, and several broken ribs, police said. Ryon and the child's mother waited eight hours before reporting the child's injuries to 911, according to police. The child is at an out-of-state medical facility for special treatment, said police.
