Garvin County Couple Arrested, Facing Felony Child Neglect Charges

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation have arrested a Garvin County couple and charged them separately for child neglect.

Investigators said 32-year-old Jourdan Driskill and 48-year-old Bruce Andrews, Driskill's live-in boyfriend, were arrested Tuesday at the Garvin County Courthouse.

The Garvin County Sheriff's Office asked for OSBI's assistance in a child sexual abuse investigation involving a five-year-old girl.

Authorities said the girl told her biological father that Andrews would be naked in front of her frequently, touch himself and also allowed her to touch his genitals.

OSBI said Driskill was present when these events took place. The couple also allowed the girl to draw on their backsides.

Driskill and Andrews were detained at the Garvin County jail before they bonded out of custody.
