The accident happened May 19 when 70-year-old Judy Todd was pulling out of a driveway when backed into 17-year-old Kolby Dutton.

A new police report said Todd had a slurred speech and was unsteady on her feet.

"The motorcycle driver was northbound here on Western,” an Oklahoma City police officer said. "Another person pulled, and it was an SUV from a private drive(way)."

According to affidavit filed in Cleveland County, when Todd pulled out of the driveway, she failed to yield to oncoming traffic.

Dutton was wearing a helmet, but he died at the scene.

Todd was questioned by officers. She told them she took prescription medications including hydrocodone and gabapentin.

The report also said Todd's speech was slow and had pinpoint pupils. Officers believed she was under the influence of those medications.

After the incident, several people in the community posted on Dutton's social media page. Many talked about the type of person he was and what he meant to them.

"Moore Public Schools experienced the tragic death of a Westmoore High School student. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family members affected by this severe loss,” a Moore Public Schools statement said.

Todd was booked into the Cleveland County jail, In addition to the first-degree manslaughter charge, she has also been charged with failing to yield and driving while under the influence.

She has not yet been assigned a court date.
