According to reports from ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and The Athletic's Shams Charania, former Thunder forward Kevin Durant has requested a trade from his current team: the Brooklyn Nets.

With just hours away from the start of NBA free agency, the future of the Nets' core has been a topic of conversation.

Earlier this week, Nets guard Kyrie Irving announced that he is opting back in with Brooklyn for the 2022-23 season. He is expected to make $37 million.
