Oklahoma City police identified a 19-year-old killed on Monday night in a road rage-related shooting. Investigators identified the victim on Tuesday as Aaliyah Quintero Lopez, but they did not release the name of a 16-year-old wounded in the shooting. Investigators do not believe the victims knew the alleged shooter.

Debris from the crime scene near SW 22nd Street and Blackwelder Avenue remained on the street and in a yard directly across the street from a church. A church member reacted after learning about the fatal shooting.

“In the years I’ve been coming to this building,” said Clarissa Urbina, church member. “That makes five, including this one.”

Five shootings. Two directly impacting Clarissa Urbina's southwest Oklahoma City church building and the most recent attack that killed Quintero-Lopez.

“It’s sad,” said Urbina. “Really sad for her family.”

Police said the surviving victim from a black SUV that was targeted may be able to offer investigators details they do not have.

“We do not have a suspect identified or really a good definitive suspect description at this point,” said Msgt. Gary Knight, Oklahoma City Police Department.

Police are also looking into what led up to the shooting. Why the suspect fired at the teens, shattering the driver side window.

Urbina said drivers in the area can be dangerous. “They do speed by here a lot,” said Urbina. She said you never know who you are dealing with behind the wheel.

“Know that we have to be very cautious,” said Urbina. “But we don’t mess with people.”

Police are asking for the public's help in solving the 45th homicide of the year. “We’re hopeful that maybe there are some surveillance cameras in the area that may have captured something,” said Knight.
