How To: Fun DIY Science Experiments For Kids

We're happy to welcome back Doctor Meagan Moreland from Northeastern State University with a fun science activity you can do with your kids.

For this experiment you will need:

Water bottle (empty)

Baking Soda

Vinegar

Balloon

Small Funnel

Directions

We will take the water bottle and fill it with about four ounces of vinegar. Next, we will use the funnel to add about two tablespoons of baking soda to the balloon. Finally, we attach the balloon to the bottle and allow the baking soda to merge with the vinegar. The end result is the balloon will inflate!
