OHP: Drunk Driving To Blame For Crash Involving Tow Truck

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the people involved in a crash at I-244 and Mingo Sunday evening.

Investigators say Jose Becerra-Torres was driving drunk when he crashed into a tow truck that was stopped helping a broken down vehicle.

Troopers say Curtis Kelly was also hit and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
