In this week’s Wellness Wednesday, News 9’s Jordan Dafnis is joining an Oklahoma City restaurant, Plant, that features organic and locally sourced food.

The restaurant is located in Midtown near North Walker Avenue and Northwest 11 Street and in Edmond near West 1st Street and South Oschner Drive.
