Person Of Interest In Okmulgee Quadruple Murder Will Not Be Charged In Florida

Joe Kennedy was arrested last month in a stolen car in Daytona Beach Shores but he is also a person of interest in a quadruple murder investigation in Okmulgee. On Wednesday prosecutors in Florida said that Kennedy will not be charged in the stolen vehicle case as authorities work to bring him back to Oklahoma.

Prosecutors in Florida say they will not be pressing any charges against Joe Kennedy.
