While there is limited indoor seating, the archdiocese said the public can participate in mass outside where screens are placed.

For those interested in being outside, folding chairs and blankets are encouraged.

The event will have limited parking at the church off of Southwest 89th near Shields and West of Interstate 35.

For those who cannot find parking at the church, there will be sites with shuttle buses near Crossroads Church and Frontline Church.

Archbishop Paul Coakley will be leading the service and said the $50 million tribute to Rother is just part of Rother's journey in becoming the first saint from the United States.

For those who cannot attend, the archdiocese will be livestreaming the service at 11 a.m.
