OSBI Identifies Remains Found At Lake Thunderbird

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has identified remains that were found at Lake Thunderbird on Feb. 13.

The Medical Examiner's Office has confirmed the identity of the remains as Charissia Bell.

The OSBI said they are still investigating it as a suspicious death. The MEO will determine the cause and manner of the female's death.
