Oklahoma's Only Female Death Row Inmate Loses Appeal

Oklahoma's only female death row inmate, Brenda Andrew, lost her appeal Tuesday.

Andrew was convicted in the 2001 killing of her estranged husband, Rob Andrew.

Judge Gregory Phillips wrote, "It is evident that Ms. Andrew's trial was not perfect. But it is just as evident that her trial was fundamentally fair, and that is all she was entitled."
