Singer Elle King Stops By Chouteau High School After Receiving Letter From Student

Chouteau High School teacher of the year Cathy Welker-Graham got an impromptu concert thanks to one of her students.

Elle King had a show at Cain's Ballroom Friday night, but before the show she stopped by the school to perform.

On a Facebook post, the school said she came after Senior Emma Hughes wrote her a letter to share the impact Welker has made on her life and others.
