9 - OKC rookie Jalen Williams' putback with than less than a second remaining gave the Thunder a one-point win over the Pistons last night. The Thunder remain at 10 in the West.

8 - The Cimarron Public School Superintendent turned himself in on a felony count of trying to bribe a school board candidate. Charles Anglin is accused of asking the candidate to drop out of the race in order to save the district money.

7 - Pope Francis woke up in an Italian Hospital this morning. The Vatican says the 86-year-old doesn't have COVID-19 but is having trouble breathing due to an unknown infection.

6 - The Oklahoma City Animal Shelter is temporarily closing its doors due to sickness. The shelter says the infection has spread to130 dogs, killing 3.

5 - U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg will be in Oklahoma City today. He'll be meeting with air traffic controllers training at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center.

4 - Two Army helicopters crashed in southwestern Kentucky overnight. Military officials say there are several" casualties from the training mission.

3 - Edmond Public Schools' COVID-19 Policies violated state law, according to the Oklahoma State Supreme Court. In a 5-4 decision the high court said the district’s quarantine policy discriminated against students based on vaccination status.

2 - A hit and run suspect is arrested on the side on Interstate 40. New video from Pottawatomie County Deputies shows semi-truck driver Shengji Li being cuffed accused of hitting and killing tow truck driver Kyle McCollugh

1 - Today is the first day of early voting across Oklahoma. Several school board and city council positions are on ballot in every county across the state. The biggest race in the Oklahoma City metro is between Democrat Derrick Scobey and Republican Maressa Treat in the race for the Oklahoma County clerk post.

Election Day is next Tuesday.
