The Bartlesville City Council is taking another step to conserve water.
The City is moving to phase two of an emergency plan since the water supply is currently at just over 60%.
The city is now limiting outdoor atering to two days per week. Violators could face a fine up to $500
Splash pads will also remain closed until the capacity reaches 70%.
Water rates could go up by as much as 15%, depending on how much water is used.
