9 - In a trip to Israel Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is brushing off Disney's lawsuit against him as politically motivated. In a federal lawsuit Disney says the Governor is unfairly targeting the company.

8 - Crude oil prices dipped four percent Wednesday and Oklahoma energy stocks ticked down slightly. Oklahoma Energy Today reports stocks fell between two and four percent. Gas prices are down a few cents Thursday but are still up significantly over last month.

7 - Tucker Carlson has emerged publicly two days after being fired by Fox News. He posted a two-minute video on Twitter Wednesday night that did not address why he was fired.

6 - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is looking for a missing mother and son near Agra. Troopers say Terry Ludtke took his mother Mary, who has dementia, away from her home without power of attorney permission.

5 - The Oklahoma House of Representatives has passed a bill banning gender reassignment surgery for children under 18. The measure must now go back to the State Senate.

4 - In a new ruling, a divided Oklahoma State Supreme Court says a Cherokee County child can be adopted away from his mother against the mother's will. The 5-to-4 decision found adoption without the mother's consent is in the five-year old's best interest. 

3 - In Washington, House Republicans have narrowly passed a sweeping debt ceiling package as they try to push President Biden into negotiations on federal spending. Currently, the government is set to run out of money this summer.

2 - A two-year-old from Cromwell was found dead in Indiana. The search for little Oaklee Snow ended this week when Indianapolis investigators found her body in an abandoned building.

1 - Attorneys for Oklahoma Death Row Inmate Richard Glossip are now left with a plea to the U.S. Supreme Court after the state pardon and parole board rejected his clemency application Wednesday,

despite the application being supported by the Attorney General. Glossip is set to be executed May 18th for orchestrating the killing of Barry Van Treese.
