Man Charged In New Year's Day Shooting To Appear In Court

A man charged in connection with a deadly New Year's Day shooting in Oklahoma City is scheduled to return to court on Monday.

Khalil Warren had been charged first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill after investigators said he killed Daniel Howard outside a bar in Midtown Oklahoma City.

Two others were also charged.

Warren's preliminary hearing will begin at 1:30.
