Oklahoma City Police Arrest 40 In Prostitution Sting

The Oklahoma City Police Department reports that they arrested 40 people in a prostitution sting their Vice Unity conducted this month.

According to OCPD, the sting only lasted two days.

Police say that, in addition to the prostitution arrests, there were 14 felony arrests, three firearms confiscated, and 37 vehicles impounded.

"Targeting prostitution is crucial in the fight against human trafficking," the Oklahoma City Police Department said. "By disrupting the demand for prostitution, we can reduce the profits of traffickers and help protect vulnerable individuals."
