Documents from the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office reveal the sex offender compliance checks over the past year at the home where Jesse McFadden lived.
McFadden is accused of killing six people and himself several years after being released from prison, where he served time for rape.
McFadden was a lifetime sex offender, meaning the sheriff's office was required to verify his address every 90 days.
Court records show that McFadden filed an address verification form on May 25, 2022. This was for an address on Holly Road in Henryetta.
After that, the sheriff's office conducted required checks every three months.
These were in June, September and December of 2022, and in March of 2023.
A radio log from January 29 of this year shows an anonymous caller reported children in the home.
That log shows the deputy who responded noted the children belonged to Holly Guess, McFadden's fiance.
Registered sex offenders are allowed to live with their own children and stepchildren as long as they are not their victims.
Another radio log showed that someone called on May 1 to report they had not heard from their niece and her three children for several days
May 1 is the same day authorities found McFadden, Holly Guess, Holly's three children and two teen girls, Brittany Brewer and Ivy Webster, dead on their property in Henryetta.
