Memorial Bridge Dedication Ceremony Honors Gold Star Families

A dedication ceremony Saturday for the Gold Star Memorial Bridge honors the sacrifice of military families and the ultimate sacrifice made by their loved ones.

The event took place at the Cyrus Avery Centennial Plaza in Tulsa.

Gold Star Families of Oklahoma, as well as several local military and veteran support groups, hosted the ceremony.

There was also a vehicle procession for the event.
