Elm Creek Neighborhood In Owasso Holds Christmas Parade

An Owasso neighborhood has a holiday tradition that gets neighbors in the holiday spirit.

People in the Elm Creek neighborhood said they started holding their own Christmas Parade during the pandemic.

They said they keep doing it so people can spend time together and kick off the holiday season.

"We all get together and we socialize and do a lot of things together If you’re a spectator and you see that it just warms your heart so much"

The parade is put on by Jerry and Jocelyn Sparkman, who say they want the tradition to grow over the years.
