The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office has released summary reports for its investigation into the mass murder-suicide in Henryetta.
The medical examiner confirmed that the victims, Holly McFadden, Tiffany Guess, Michael Mayo, Rylee Allen, Brittany Brewer, and Ivy Webster, each died from gunshots to the head. The reports also confirmed the suspect Jesse McFadden died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The examination reports for Ivy Webster and Brittany Brewer do show they had injuries consistent with sexual assault.
The medical examiner's report did not find signs of drugs or alcohol in the systems of any of the victims at the time they died.
These are summary reports from the ME's Office, full reports are expected to be released later this year.
HENRYETTA TRAGEDY FULL COVERAGE
The investigation began because Ivy Webster was reported missing to the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office and Brittany Brewer was reported missing to the Henryetta Police Department on May 1. The investigation and search for the missing teens led them to Jesse McFadden, a convicted rapist who was the stepfather of Brittany and Ivy's friend. The District 25 Violent Crime Task Force obtained a search warrant, and with the help of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, found the seven bodies on a property being used by McFadden.
Okmulgee Police Chief Joe Prentice said Jesse McFadden, 39, is believed to have shot all the victims in the head, during a news conference on May 3.
