The City Of Tulsa has delayed a $1 million decision on a court settlement.
The settlement involves a woman who was arrested outside the "Trump for President" campaign rally in June of 2020, after protesting on the street outside of the event.
Tulsa Police arrested Sheila Buck at the request of campaign staff and she later sued the city, claiming her civil rights were violated, because she was in a public area and had a ticket to attend the event.

The Tulsa City Council has to approve any court settlements that large.
The City Council will hold another meeting on Wednesday, June 14, to discuss it and possibly hold a vote to approve or reject the settlement.
