Man Due In Court This Month For 2003 Oklahoma City Murder Case

A man accused of killing a metro woman 20 years ago will return to court in July for a preliminary hearing.

Court documents reveal DNA from a beer matched with Andrew Canaday, leading charges to be filed last year.

Investigators allege Andrew Canaday and David Yanes are responsible for the beating and stabbing death of Sandra Garcia in Oklahoma City back in 2003.
