New Lawsuit Claims Ozempic And Mounjaro Cause Serious Side Effects

A new lawsuit claims the medications Ozempic and Mounjaro cause serious side effects.

The lawsuit is on behalf of a 44-year-old diabetic woman who took both medications.

“Her problems have been so severe that she has been to the hospital multiple times including last weekend. She's actually even thrown up so violently, she's actually lost teeth,” said Attorney Paul Pennock with Morgan & Morgan.

Novo Nordisk, creator of Ozempic, said it was not aware of a lawsuit but symptoms of delayed gastric emptying, nausea and vomiting are listed as side effects.
