Prison In Holdenville Announces Layoffs, Transfer To State Department of Corrections

The company which operates the Davis Correctional Facility in Holdenville announced over 200 personnel are to be laid off next month.

In a warn notice, the CoreCivic, the company operating the facility, said 274 employees will be laid off at the end of September.

CoreCivic also said operations will transfer to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
