New Pickleball Courts In Shawnee Fail To Meet Regulations, Temporarily Shut Down

The pickleball courts at KidSpace Park in Shawnee are temporarily closed.

The two new courts were built too small and don’t meet pickleball regulation standards.

The city said the error was made by the contractor, and both courts will be fixed.

It is unknown when the courts will reopen.
