Pedestrian Hit, Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash Near Choctaw

A pedestrian is dead after they were hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning near Choctaw, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

The crash happened on eastbound Interstate 40 near South Choctaw Road.

Troopers said the crash involved a semi and several other vehicles.

All eastbound lanes have since reopened after the crash.

It is unknown what caused the crash at this time.
