Cleveland Co. Attorney Indicted For Actions In 2019 Case, District Attorney Says

UPDATE: Jason May was found not guilty after a jury trial on May 2, 2025.

A grand jury indicted an Ardmore attorney after his actions in a 2019 case, court documents say.

According to the Cleveland County district attorney's office, attorney Jason May was representing a client in a case over seized drug money.

The district attorney said evidence led law enforcement to believe May filed false or forged documents.
