1 Killed After NE Oklahoma City Shooting

A person who was shot Friday morning at a motel near Northeast 50th Street and North Lincoln Boulevard in Oklahoma City and taken to the hospital has died, police say.

Oklahoma City Police responded at around 7 a.m. on Friday after receiving reports that a fight had broken out.

Police said shots were fired after a fight between two people took place on the second floor of the motel and that the victim was a bystander. They were taken to the hospital and later died.

Investigators said one of the two involved in the fight stayed to talk with them, but they are still looking for the suspect who they believe fired the gun.
