Police Bodycam Video Shows The Moments Following A Deadly El Reno Shooting

Police body cam footage released Wednesday showed the events that followed a deadly shooting.

One person was shot and killed at a house party, and another was arrested last weekend in El Reno.

Police: Stay in the car! Stay in the car!   

Officers arrived following a panicked call to 911.

Caller: He's badly injured. He got shot really up close in the face.    

911: He got shot in the face?  

Justin Davidson, was shot. His girlfriend remained at his side.

Victim's girlfriend: Please get an ambulance!

Police: The ambulance is on the way, okay?

As Davidson was rushed to a metro hospital, police turned their attention to the accused gunman, Delsin Tsotigh, who was eager to talk.

Tsotigh: I can tell you what happened from the jump.   

Immediately, police begin piecing together what led up to the shooting.

Police: It's obvious this guy is going to shoot the other guy in the face, right?  

Witness: Yes, sir. 

Police: I want to know why.         

Witnesses told police they were at a Halloween party when the night of fun that investigators say involved alcohol and drugs took a sudden turn.

Police: so what led up to...    

Witness: Alcohol.            

Police: They came out here, smoked some weed...

Police recovered two guns from the scene.

Witness: They started getting really aggressive. So I walked over here and then he started shooting.          

Witness: The white guy was giving my buddy the impression that he had a weapon. My buddy, when he was pressing him real good, my buddy let him know he had it.Tsotigh remains jailed on numerous complaints including first degree murder. He has yet to be formally charged.
