One person was injured after an overnight shooting near 41st and Garnett, Tulsa Police said.

Police said they are still trying to piece together what happened, but officers think they are working with two different scenes.

Someone called 911 just before midnight on Tuesday about a shooting, police said.

The person who called 911 had the shooting victim in their car, according to police.

Officers arrived on scene and interviewed the driver and EMSA took the victim to the hospital, police said.

At last check, police said the victim is a juvenile boy who has non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said they are also investigating a second scene at the Huntington Hollow Apartments a few blocks from where officers found the victim.

Investigators are trying to determine if the two scenes are connected to the same shooting, since they found about half a dozen shell casings in the parking lot of the apartment complex, police said.

Police said they do not have any suspect information at the moment, and hope to speak to the victim to learn more about what happened.

If you know anything that can help police solve this case, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous.
