Capps Middle School Holding Virtual Classes Due To Water Issues

Due to a City water main issue, Capps Middle School has no water and has transitioned to distance learning for the day.

Parents and guardians were notified in a message sent by Putnam City Schools Administration.

The message said parents and guardians are welcome to pick their students up, but busses will run as normal for those who can't be picked up.

Teachers will use Google Classroom to continue instruction, and all after-school activities are canceled for the day.
