No Injuries Reported After Duplex Attic Catches Fire In Edmond

Firefighters responded to a duplex fire in Edmond overnight.

According to Edmond PIO Chief Denton, the fire call came out around just after midnight Monday morning at a home at 1614 Woodhill Ave near Santa Fe & Coffee Creek. When crews arrived fire was visible coming from the chimney. But, EFD said the attic fire was put out and the Red Cross was contacted.

No injuries were reported and crews made sure everyone was out of the surrounding units.
