Part of I-44 was shut down Monday night after a driver led deputies on a high-speed chase which ended in a crash, Tulsa County deputies said.
Authorities said they tried to stop the driver on Highway 75, just south of downtown Tulsa because he was speeding at more than 100 miles per hour.
The driver kept going, leading them on a pursuit all over the city, deputies said.
The chase ended when the driver wrecked into the median on I-44 near 129th East Avenue, deputies said.
Debris from the crash spilled all over the road and hit several vehicles, deputies said.
Deputies said one person went to the hospital for treatment of "non-serious" injuries.
Deputies said the driver appeared to be intoxicated and they arrested him at the scene.
