Sooners, Cowboys Baseball Selected As NCAA Regional Hosts

The road to Omaha for the Sooners and Cowboys just became clearer.

On Sunday, just one day after Oklahoma State defeated Oklahoma for the Big 12 title in Arlington, both were selected to host regional play for the NCAA Division 1 Baseball Championship.

Oklahoma will host NCAA postseason baseball at L. Dale Mitchell Park for the first time since 2010. The Sooners made a run to the National Championship in 2022.

The Sooners are the Big 12 regular season champions with a record of 39-17. For more details, CLICK HERE.

The Cowboys, with a record of 40-17, are hosting the Stillwater Regional and continued coach Josh Holliday's streak of never missing the NCAA tournament since he's been at the school.

It's OSU's third-consecutive year to host a regional at O'Brate Stadium.

The seeds and grouping for the regionals will be announced Monday at 11 a.m. on ESPN2.
