Ahi Tuna Poke Nachos

Description

Chef Devin Levine from the Cox Business Convention Center is showing us how to make Ahi Tuna Poke Nachos.


Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers, fried
  • 1 lb ahi tuna, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 avocados, cored and diced
  • 2 jalapenos, sliced thin
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • Poke sauce: 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, minced
  • 2 tbsp hot chile oil

Instructions

  1. Step 1: On plate, arrange wonton crisps.
  2. Step 2: Sprinkle raw tuna, cucumber, avocado and jalapeno on crisps.
  3. Step 3: Drizzle poke sauce over the crisps.
  4. Step 4: Dollop Sriracha mayo on plate.
  5. Step 5: Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
