Toby Keith Foundation Raises $1 Million For Children Fighting Cancer With Help From News 9's Robin Marsh

It was an emotional night in Norman Friday for the 20th Annual Toby Keith Foundation fundraiser. This was the first year for the event since country music star Toby Keith passed away from stomach cancer in February.

All proceeds go to the OK Kids Korral, a haven for families who have children fighting cancer.

More than $1 million dollars was raised in the live auction.    

News 9’s Robin Marsh helped raise $130,000 by donating two pieces of artwork for the auction.

The Foundation also announced an endowment for The OK Kids Korral. The Toby Keith Foundation is looking to raise $10 Million dollars for the endowment.

The Toby Keith Family thanked the crowd of more than 800 people for helping continue his vision for the OK Kids Korral.
