Oklahoma City Police arrested a man accused of shooting at another person during a road rage incident earlier this month.

Oklahoma City Police say Antonio Dixon slowed down to about 30 miles an hour in front of another car on Interstate 240 near Santa Fe Avenue.

That is when reports show the victim flashed his lights at Dixon.

Police say Dixon then brake-checked the victim multiple times. The victim thought he got away but then the other driver ended up stopping on the shoulder, pointed a firearm at the victim driver, and fired one round.

The victim dodged the bullet.

Police used cell phone video from the victim and nearby surveillance video to identify Dixon

Police say that if you find yourself in a similar situation, it is important to remain calm not interact with that other driver, and to get to a safe point as safely as possible.

Dixon is booked into jail on multiple complaints including assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
