AG Drummond Launches Airline Complaint Form For Oklahomans

Attorney General Gentner Drummond is urging flyers to fill out an airline complaint form if they've experienced issues while traveling, according to a press release on Tuesday.

The release states that this is for flight disruptions, a lack of refunds, and lost or delayed luggage.

Drummond has also been working with Congress to add extra protections for air travelers, according to the release.

Drummond filed a memorandum of understanding with the U.S. Department of Transportation, giving the authority to review and resolve airline consumer complaints for Oklahomans, according to the press release.

The release says that the two-year agreement between Oklahoma and DOT may be extended to two-year intervals.
