The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released dashcam footage of Oklahoma State University running back Ollie Gordon's arrest late last month.
Gordon was accused of driving drunk, speeding and swerving through traffic on Interstate 35 on June 30, and is now charged with driving under the influence and transporting an open container of alcohol.
In the video, an OHP trooper can be heard asking Gordon if he had consumed alcohol before getting behind the wheel.
"I wouldn't do that," Gordon said. "That'd **** my whole future up."
The trooper can later be heard telling Gordon he could smell alcohol from outside his vehicle, to which Gordon said he had been around friends who were drinking.
Later in the video, the arresting trooper pours what a probable cause affidavit says was two half-full bottles of liquor onto the shoulder of the highway.
Gordon has since apologized following his arrest.
