Description
Korean Pork Tacos combine Korean ingredients and pork in a delicious take on traditional tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Shredded Pork
- 2 Tbsp. Gochujang Chile Paste
- 2 Oz. Sugar
- 1 Oz. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp. Garlic
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp. Black Oil
- 1 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 12 4" flour tortillas
- 2 Cups Cooked Jasmine Rice
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Gochujang Chile Paste
- 1 Tsp. Seasme Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Bunch Scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Step 1: Combine chile paste, sugar, soy, garlic, ginger, seasme oil & black pepper.
- Step 2: Heat small amount of oil in skillet over high heat.
- Step 3: Add pork, add marinade mixture and quickly cook till firm.
- Step 4: Portion jasmine rice on 12 tortillas, portions cooked pork on each tortilla and top with Gochujang mayo & scallions.
